使用方法 Method o**n ：

由于摩擦的需要, Gleitmo 605 可用水稀释 (水质需达到饮用水标准)。 通常, Gleitmo 605 的稀释比例为1:3 (离心涂程序的严格要求)至1:7 (滴涂)。 稀释时, 一边不断搅拌Gleitmo 605 一边加水, 在注入浸液时也一样。 为避免腐蚀, 必须用热空气 (约60 ) ℃ 吹干浸处理后的零件。零件在施涂时**含油脂。在非常干燥的条件下包装零件, 如进行大批量施涂, 采用一般镀锌设备较为方便。

Depending on etiologic requirements, Gleitmo 605 can be diluted with water (at least of drinking water quality). As a Rule, Gleitmo 605 is used at a dilution ratio of 1:3 (for centrifuge coating procedures, stringent requirements) and up to 1:7 (for dipping). For dilution, water is added to Gleitmo 605 while constantly stirring. The same procedure should be followed for replenishing the immersion bath. To avoid any risk of corrosion it is most urgently recommended drying the parts immediately after the dipping process by hot air (up to approx. 60 ). ℃ The parts to be coated should be degreased. Packaging of coated parts only in absolutely dry condition. The equipment commonly used in the galvanizing industry has proved to be very convenient in case of large coating quantities.
